First, it is very hard right now to accept that there isn’t a lot we can control right now.
Now is the time to focus on what we CAN control. Things like:
What you are intaking
Make sure that you are consuming FACTS.
One of the amazing things at this time is how companies and people are stepping up and giving back and doing all that they can for their people!! There is so much good that is going to come out of this, and it is important to remain positive. Always remember… Anxiety lives in the FUTURE. Depression lives in the PAST. The best way to be calm and feel calm is remain PRESENT!
If everyone does what they can, we can all come together and be OK together! We are all in the same boat.
One thing that is super important is to FOCUS ON YOUR HEALTH! Rest, slow down, focus on being healthy.
There is not a right or wrong way to feel right now. Feel all the things, and then get on with your life!
It’s so important to take this time to readjust your priorities! We are quarantined with our families, and what a blessing we have to spend more time with those we love!
It is a very interesting time, but it is such a beautiful time!
